ARENA FUNCTIONAL USER & ADMINISTRATOR COMBINED CLASS

This 14-hour class combines functional user and account administrator training. The class provides an in-depth understanding of the capabilities and standard processes used in the Arena platform from the basic user perspective, and it also covers system configuration for each of the topics from the Arena Account Administrator perspective.

Topics covered are navigation, searching, the Items World, the Files World, sourcing, the  Requests World, the Changes World, the Quality World, the Projects World, and the Training World.

Audience: New Arena customers, new employees from Arena customers, implementation team members, team leaders, super users, and Arena administrators.

Duration: 14 hours

ARENA FUNCTIONAL USER CLASS

This 9-hour class provides an in-depth understanding of the capabilities and standard processes used in the Arena platform from the basic user perspective. Topics covered are Navigation and Searching, Items, Files, Sourcing, Requests, Changes, Quality, Projects, Training Management.

Audience: New Arena customers, new employees from Arena customers, implementation team members, team leaders, super users, administrators, quality process owners, and company trainers.

Duration: 9 hours

ARENA ADMINISTRATOR CLASS

Gain the skills needed to configure and maintain Arena for your business needs. Topics covered are: creating new users, designing Access Policies, creating custom attributes, creating categories, configuring Items, Requests, Changes, Quality, Projects, and Training.

Audience: Implementation team members and account administrators

Duration: 7 hours

ARENA QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (QMS) OVERVIEW– for experienced Arena Scale/QMS platform users only

The QMS Overview class is most beneficial for those who have worked with, and understand, Arena. (see prerequisites below)

This free short session provides an overview of Arena QMS capabilities. We’ll review standard QMS processes and their uses (DHF, NCMR, CAPA, Supplier Approval/Collaboration, and Auditing). You’ll learn how Quality processes in Arena are associated to items, projects (NPI), training and changes. 

Note: This session is limited to 20 students on first-come, first-serve basis. Once the limit is reached, additional students will be waitlisted for future sessions.

Audience: Quality Assurance, Operations, Compliance, Engineering in Life Sciences or other regulated industries

Duration: 2 hours

Using Arena’s APIs

The Arena REST API lets you link your Arena workspace to other systems and exchange data using a RESTful framework.

This free, interactive session includes details about requests and responses from Arena servers and instructs developers on how to construct requests.
