Use a Multi-Line Text Field Attribute to Simulate Multi-Select
Account Administrators can set up Predefined Drop-Down Menu attributes from which users can pick a single value, but what if you want users to be able to pick multiple values? Set up a Multi-Line Text Field attribute and, in the attribute description, enter all possible values so each value appears on a separate line. When users enter a value, if they have Page Tips turned on, they’ll see the attribute description, and can copy and paste from the list of possible values.
